How It Works

01

Consult

You provide the details for the system you'd like built. Consultation covers parts selection and configuration — working through the options available at the time of commission until the part list is finalized.

02

Agree

Once your baseline is established and we've reached an agreement on the build, everything is locked in and purchasing begins.

03

Build

I complete all necessary purchases, assemble the system, and run testing. You're kept informed of anything relevant as it comes up — including anything that might impact progress.

04

Deliver

The finished system ships with its warranty and support details. Every build remains eligible for after-purchase support.

[ PRICING ]

Fee

$150 typical fee · systems under $1,500

I charge a fee on top of whatever your budget for the system is. The fee scales with added complexity in whatever's been specified within the contracted build — $150 is the typical fee for systems under $1,500, and it's subject to change depending on scope.

[ SUSTAINABILITY ]

Pre-Owned Hardware

Builds may use secondhand, pre-owned hardware and equipment when applicable. You'll always be fully informed about your options — including which components in your system are pre-owned, and any cost savings that come with choosing them.

Pre-owned parts are tested alongside the build for any problems. If any arise, they're disclosed to you immediately.

[ UPGRADES / BUYBACK ]

Beyond the First Build

Upgrades — customers can send their systems in for specified upgrades for a fee.

Buyback — older systems can be traded in for cost off a new system. Inquire about this in a message.
